            What do you have to give in love?
  4:00 - Yoga and Meditation: Heart Center / Strong Nerves

REQUIREMENTS: l. Blanket, Mat & Water Bottle
2. Wear loose clothing (preferably cotton) and remove socks.
3. Bring a pad and paper for notes.
4. Suggested Readings will be given.
