Kundalini Yoga, also called the Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be practiced by everyone. Positive effects can often be noticed right away. Oxygen capacity is increased along with blood flow to the glands, resulting in heightened awareness and vitality. Through breathing techniques and meditation, peace of mind can be obtained. This is a fun and complete work-out. This class is recommended for anyone who has stress in their life. Learn how important it is to breathe for energy, stretch your muscles for a youthful body, and meditate for relaxation. It is a wonderful experience for all ages and levels of fitness. Learn more about Pranayama, Mantras, Asanas and Mudras which are parts of Yoga practice.
